Complete Project Management of the Entire Building Works
Once you have decided to proceed with Cassin’s, you only ever need to speak to one person about your project…your dedicated Project Manager, who will report weekly updates to you with photos, so you will never be kept in the dark about what how your investment is progressing.
A great deal of time, resources, materials and effort are required when project managing a medical fit out, dental fit out, veterinary fit out or radiology fit out. Just reading through the list below may be enough to make you feel exhausted!
What The Cassin Team can do for your project:
- Design, plan preparation and consultation – we have an inhouse draftperson who will design with your budget and timeframe in mind.
- Obtain council approvals
- Organisation of radiation assessments
- We oversee all the trades including air conditioning, plumbing; painting, electrical, IT and data, flooring, joinery and carpentry, fire protection, security, demolition, landscaping and concreting and many more.
- Liaising with medical equipment suppliers and co-ordinating the delivery and installation of equipment coinciding with the building works
- Electricity approvals
- Power upgrade and design approvals
- On completion we will hand over all the necessary certificates such as Occupational Certificates
- We extend the Defect Liability Period from 26 weeks to 52 weeks!
