I would like to thank the Cassins team for an incredible couple of projects we recently undertook. Liverpool initially was a big undertaking, and we never knew where to start, until Trevor and the team got to work. Initially, in the design of the floorspace, moving from a dated and inadequate floorspace to an incredible set of clinical rooms and highly impressive reception area.

Communication was excellent throughout and Cassins really listened to what Dr Saliba was wanting to create in the space. The design options given to us were clear and exactly matched what Dr had in her mind for her primary medical and surgical consulting spaces. We did have a few roadblocks along the way, such as the realisation that a new air conditioning system was required, but again, the team handled the communication of this, the options in overcoming the issue, and then eventually the work needed to replace the air conditioning system was first rate. This even included arranging for a crane and traffic control to bring the new fan unit onto the roof of the building.

All along, Trevor, Alistair and the team gave us options and communicated well and the result was excellent. Dr Loves her new consulting rooms as do our patients.

The second office, Caringbah, was a bit of a surprise to us too, not having planned to take on the space so quickly. Caringbah was a tired retail area but had good bones to work with. Again, Trevor and the team gave us options for the fitout. The colour scheme was an easy choice as we had gone through this with Liverpool, however there was still much detail to work out, not least, a complete rewire of the business as we needed to increase power needs in the building. Again, the team completed the fitout really well, and again, we had some unexpected roadblocks with the damp and mould in an outside area, but again, Alistair and Trevor gave us a great option which worked out really well.

I cannot recommend Cassins highly enough for their design skills, communication, the team doing the fitout we, bar none, wonderful and a real asset to Cassins. I don’t think we want to start another project just yet, but will certainly be working with Trevor, Alistair, and the Cassins team for many years to come.

Cassins recently completed a full dental practice fitout for me and I’m thrilled with the result. I bought an existing house and wanted to convert it into a dental surgery.Cassins worked with me to make sure that the finished fitout would be council compliant. They listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. They came highly recommended, so I knew that they would be really good at the fitout inside. But, as the outside needed full car parking and landscaping done, I was worried about how that might turn out. But that’s amazing as well. I’m really happy with how it looks.
