Redesign a 10 kg Manual Handling Task

Our client presented us with a safety concern and asked us to redesign the workspace. Their medical imaging practice required staff to lift a 10 kg lid for syringe storage in a PET Lab. We planned, re-designed and manufactured an alternative for them whereby a lever slid the lead lid instead.
