Our client’s brief was to transform the existing 80-year-old detached house into a three-chair Periodontic practice.
Works included new electrical, air conditioning and plumbing throughout, brick wall patching, new vinyl flooring throughout together with polishing the existing beautiful original timber floorboards, new entry ramp, new polycarbonate canopy and facilitated the installation of the specialist equipment – periodontic chairs and OPG.
Our skilled team recognised issues with part of the existing timber floors which was hidden by the previous carpet flooring. We removed and replaced that part of the rotten floor structure, including new floor joists and floorboards.
We went the extra mile to match new doors with existing period doors and even sourced the doorknobs and back plates from interstate to ensure they were sympathetic to the existing finishes.
This is all part of the Cassins’ service. Our skilled and experienced team were able to recognise and adapt to the challenges this project brought up, even during the fitout.
